1. In multiplayer, build bunkers even if you can't fill them with marines, they make good, cheap blockades, and when playing against humans, your oppenent will probably think they're full and not go near for a while. 2. When you have bunkers at your main entrance, keep at least 3 SCVs nearby to conduct repairs. Build at least 2 missile turrets to detect cloaked units. 3. Keep Wraiths near your main entrance to deal with Siege Tank assaults. 4. An army of cloaked ghosts makes for good offense. 5. A group of 12 to 18 Battleships and 2 Science vessels is practically unstoppable, but that kind of army takes many resources and may leave your base not very well defended. 6. Never have only one nuclear silo. With 3 or 4, not only do you get 10 food units from each Command Centre, but a volley of 3 or 4 nuclear warheads can damage an opponent unequivocally. 7. When you attack an oppenent, concentrate as much as you can on destroying his construction workers. This will severely hamper his resource management. 8. Never attack with units that can only attack ground, or only air. If you want a group of tanks, take some planes too! 9. Build supply depots even when you have the max number of food units available, so if you lose some, you won't fall below the 200 mark. 10. Bunkers, turrets, a Science vessel, and tanks, tanks, tanks make excellent front door defense. |
